Dutch Rugodia is a fictional wikipedia:North Africa country was control over state of the wikipedia:Netherlands on 23 April 1900, and Rugodia independence on 27 July 1956. Since, it was have been ruled by Olivier van Noort, a Dutch general who ruled in the Rugodian city of Heuvelsburg, from 1590 to 1669. Then, he helped the Rugodian hero, Mohammed Heuvelsburg (1585-1672). Afterwards, Heuvelsburg created the ship called, Heuvelsburg 714, a ship made for Heuvelsburg.
