Mr. Chau is a Santerian criminal mastermind, terrorist and member of the Rose Gang. He is also an expert swordsman and martial artist. He was also responsible for the bombings at the Carabao Hotel.
History[]
Early years[]
Mr. Chau was born on June 12, 1965 in Santeria City to a wealthy Chinese family. During his childhood years, he was a well-educated schoolboy, and knows all the subjects he studied at the Santerian Chinese School. After graduating grade school, he spent his summers in Paris, France during the 1980s.
In the mid-1980s, he worked as a field worker at the Santerian Gymnastics Stadium and as a tour guide at the Santerian National Museum.
Alliance with the Rose Gang[]
Since then, he worked with the Rose Gang for their activities in order to take over the world. He also make close friends with the Rose Killer (alias Rick Blaine) to make IEDs and gaslight bombs in order to terrorize the entire Carabao Hotel.
During his early years as a terrorist, he was arrested by the Philippine National Police (PNP) due to his interests on bombing the entire Carabao Hotel.
Powers and abilities[]
Although he had no powers and abilities, he was able to make improvised explosive devices (IEDs) for the Al-Qaeda and ISIS terrorist groups. He also worked with the Rose Killer (alias Rick Blaine) to make IEDs and gaslight bombs in order to terrorize the entire Carabao Hotel. He is also an expert swordsman and martial artist.

Bjorn San Juan noted that he was inspired by some of the iconic James Bond villains, particularly Dr. Emilio Largo from the 1965 spy film Thunderball.
